Clean place, staff was consistently courteous and immensely pleasant. Well-appointed and spacious room, had an excellent stay of our visit to Louisville. 0.5 miles from the airport.

Location not far from restaurants and the river, bridge, falls of the Ohio state park and the more popular Sherman-Minton bridge. The pool area is well-maintained too.

I liked its well-kept and brand-new rooms.

The restaurant was nice with good food here, I had excellent dishes. The location in a very nice area was perfect and exceptionally nice and there were a market and stores nearby. Dined at Come Back Inn, it was relatively close to the venue.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the beautiful bridges. We loved taking walks along the water and seeing the city lights at night. The views from the hotel were stunning, providing a great backdrop for our stay. The staff at breakfast were fantastic - friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with comfortable beds and linens. It was such a relief to wake up without any hip pain as a side sleeper. it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

We recently stayed at Sheraton in Louisville for our family trip. The hotel staff on the shuttle was amazing, providing excellent service both to and from the hotel. The location was great, offering a safe atmosphere and a short drive to all the places we had planned to visit. We also enjoyed having good restaurants nearby, making it convenient for our meals. Moreover, the lobby had a lovely smell reminiscent of the Ritz Carlton, creating a pleasant ambiance. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the hotel staff promptly resolved an issue we had with our first room. The bed was initially broken, causing discomfort, but the staff quickly moved us to a new room, ensuring we had a comfortable sleep for the rest of our stay. We truly appreciated their assistance and had a great experience overall.

This hotel was beautiful and gorgeous in every respect, had very courteous staff with staff members like Emily. The property's position was marvellous and stunning, not far from the Ohio river and close walking to multiple restaurants and bars, and 2 major bridges to downtown Louisville. Appreciated how my a double room was set up. The view of the bridge was perfect.

The lobby has been recently renovated. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The 10th floor offers a nice perk with snacks and drinks available twice a day. There are convenient recycling and trash facilities on each floor. The hotel provides incentives for guests who choose not to use room service.
